AVOCADO 

Thank you Peru for having the best of its kind! Just like you, I eat avocados in salads, in “tacos”, with cheese sticks, on bread, and much more. Combining Avocadoswith onions, tomatoes or garlic is an absolute delicacy. The pulp of the Avocado is rich in monounsaturated fats which help to reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol and increase HDL (good) cholesterol. LUCUMA

Lucuma was eaten before and during the Inca Period, and soon became a favorite in the daily Peruvian diet.

It has also been said that Lucuma is a great, natural treatment for depression. This amazing fruit is rich in fiber, iron and carotene .

MANGO 

What else can I tell you about this familiar and scrumptious fruit? This is the Peruvian Mango, one of the sweetest and most flavorful in the world. It is truly one of the highest quality fruits I can offer you. The Mangooriginated approximately 6000 years ago in Southeast Asia. Today, the Mango is greatly appreciated for its refreshing flavor and its significant quantity of fiber, which is known to aid the proper functioning of the digestive system. The Mango is also low in calories (60 cal), fat (0.2g) and sodium.

CHIRIMOYA 

It is possible you have found Chirimoya in other countries, but try one of ours from Peru and you will instantly realize what I am talking about. It is such a delectable ingredient in desserts that even eating solely the pulp is considered a delicacy!
